October’s Member of the Month award goes to Eloi October’s Member of the Month award goes to Eloise Love! Eloise has truly gone above and beyond to prepare Whale Beach for a fantastic season. Her commitment to completing proficiencies has been invaluable in ensuring we have a well-qualified team of lifesavers on the beach. Eloise has devoted many hours to rewriting our education program, creating a resource that’s both comprehensive and accessible. She’s also been a constant support for her fellow trainers and has led weekly Bronze Medallion training sessions, bringing in the next generation of lifesavers while serving as a patrol captain. Her dedication and leadership are incredible assets to our club. Thanks Ellie for your awesome work!

Join us for one of the last two essential skills maintenance sessions for Bronze and one final session for IRB! Schedule above. ✨ Important Reminder: If you missed any part of your previous proficiency, this is your chance to catch up! Before attending, make sure to complete your online skills maintenance. Sunday's surf club showdown had it all! Our fierce Sunday's surf club showdown had it all! Our fierce Whaley competitors gave it everything they had, for a day of fun, competitive spirit. But, Palm Beach clinched the win in a nail-biting race. Great effort all around! Congratulations to those who competed!
Join us for an epic day at Palm Beach on 10/11/24—whether you're competing or just spectating, everyone’s invited! Arrive by 9:30 AM and dive into a thrilling lineup of events, including swim, boards, ski, sprint, and flags, plus fun group challenges that will test your skills and teamwork. These include the chariot race and the pillow fight! Bring your competitive edge, your friends, and get ready for a day full of excitement, laughter, and unforgettable moments. After the action, kick back with a BBQ and drinks provided by Palm Beach—an ideal way to relax, celebrate, and bond with fellow participants.
